Our Doctors is the Founder and President of Rosenbaum Eye & Laser Center.
He is also the Medical Director of Michigan Laser Eye Associates. He has practiced and resided in the Lansing area for over 27 years. He completed his ophthalmology training at Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, MI, and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Upon arrival to the Lansing community in 1981, Our Doctors introduced modern techniques in cataract and corneal transplantation surgery to the region. He performed the first no-stitch cataract surgical procedure in the Lansing area in 1986. He has trained extensively in advanced refractive surgical techniques, both at home and abroad dating back to 1992. He was one of the first surgeons in the state to perform LASIK in 1997 and he contributed clinical data to the CRS-USA study group for approval of the LASIK procedure in the same year.
Our Doctors specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of cataracts and corneal disease, LASIK, PRK, Refractive Lens Exchange, NearPoint Conductive Keratoplasty, Intraocular Collamer Lens (ICL), and Intacs for Keratoconus. He also specializes in the use of the ReSTOR and Toric intraocular lens technology in the Refractive Cataract and Refractive Lens Exchange surgical procedures.
