Rosenbaum Eye & Laser Center offers co-management, or shared patient care with a select group of optometrists who have demonstrated high ethical and clinical standards. For many patients, co-management provides convenient service in their local community before and after their LASIK or cataract procedure. Furthermore, co-management can offer specific individualized knowledge about a patient's ocular medical history based on years of personal trust and continuity of care with his/her optometrist.
We are extremely proud to offer our patients the convenience of the first in-office surgical suite in Michigan. Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, our in-office surgical suite meets stringent national standards for:
- Operating room safety
- Personnel accreditation
- Policy and procedure guidelines
- Equipment and facility requirements
Fully equipped, our surgical suite is an ideal setting for vision correction surgery. The suite offers safety and affordability along with privacy in a comfortable, relaxed environment, where you will be attended by a caring, certified medical team. When required, anesthesia is provided by a board certified nurse anesthetist.
